Warehouse Associate — Allegheny Apparel ⎜ The Paracord Store ⎜ Better World Pets
Huntingdon Valley, PA | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–5:30 PM
$18/hr to start, with opportunities to earn more
Who We Are
We're a small, family-owned business running three growing e-commerce brands — Allegheny Apparel, The Paracord Store, and Better World Pets — out of one warehouse. We ship worldwide and sell on our own websites plus Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Etsy, and more.
The Role
We need a hands-on Warehouse Associate to keep shipping, receiving, and product prep running smoothly across all three brands. You'll handle daily shipments, weekly restocks, incoming product checks, and day-to-day organization — with real ownership over how the warehouse runs.
What You'll Do
- Pick, pack, and ship daily orders across all three brands
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory
- Prep products for listing and fulfillment
- Maintain inventory accuracy using our warehouse software
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient
- Assist with order-related customer service as needed
What We're Looking For
- Hard-working, organized, and comfortable switching between physical and detail-oriented tasks
- Self-motivated — once trained, you'll manage your daily workload with minimal oversight
- Comfortable with numbers and digital/warehouse tools
- Takes pride in getting things right, not just done
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and be on your feet for most of the shift

Required qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Speaks English
- Able to stand for duration of shift
- Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs
- Available to work: weekdays
- 3-4 years of total work experience
Preferred qualifications:
- Math skills: tracking inventory usage
