Description
American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a Home Health and Skilled Nursing Facility setting, requiring 1+ year of experience and offering a flexible, dual-setting schedule.
Details
- Split assignment across Home Health (50%) and Skilled Nursing Facility (50%) settings, with flexibility required based on area need
- Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm
- Uses HCHB for Home Health and NetHealth for Skilled Nursing Facility documentation
- No on-call or call-back requirements
- Onsite Therapy Supervisor available
Requirements
- Current OT license required (if applicable)
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
- Current BLS certification required
- Valid driver's license required for consideration
- Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months worked, and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years worked, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

- Productivity expectations are 90% in Home Health and 85% in Skilled Nursing Facility settings
- Local candidates accepted within an 80-mile radius at an adjusted rate
