Job Summary
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist (CCL TECH) Location: Not specified. This role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures within a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting. The technologist will operate specialized equipment, assist in patient preparation and care, and ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures to facilitate high-quality diagnostic results.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 10-hour days, minimum of 40 hours per week, from 09/21/2026 to 12/19/2026.
- Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, completion of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology, completion of clinical and American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) requirements, hold a New Jersey State License, and be able to meet the requirements for the National Registry and pass the examination. Must possess AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications. 1-2 years of experience preferred, with experience in manifold systems essential for catheterization lab work, as well as scrub assisting and table-side assistance.
- Additional Qualifications: Experience with manifold system is a must to work in the cath lab, scrub assist, table-side required. Communication skills are vital.
- Responsibilities: Operates manifold and specialized imaging equipment, assists physicians during procedures, prepares radiopaque contrast media, and manages patient interaction in a highly technical environment. Maintains accurate records and adheres to safety standards.
