Babysitter Needed

I have a 4-month-old and I am looking to potentially go back to work full time as a bedside nurse. It would be 12 hour night shift and would only need help in the morning from 6 AM- 1 PM, 3 days a week. Maybe twice a week to start. Id just need for someone to be available when baby wakes up in the morning, diaper change and bottle feed pumped milk. And to help with play time during wake windows and to help with the first nap time of the day. Looking for options at the moment for now.
