Babysitter Needed

Exploring starting a nanny with our 10-month-old baby girl. Someone warm, dependable and experienced with infants who is interested in building a close, long-term relationship with our family. I especially value open communication, screen-free time, outdoor play, gentle guidance, curiosity, independence and an attachment-based approach to caring for young children. Id love for my daughter to spend time exploring the community through libraries, museums, indoor playgrounds and nature centers, with plenty of time outside whenever possible.
