Entry-Level Loan Officer Assistant- Paid Training Provided

Full-Time | On-Site | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. WEEKENDS OFF

Rapid Home Lending is hiring motivated individuals who want to start a career in mortgage sales. No mortgage experience or license is required—we provide PAID training and cover all licensing costs.

This is a full-time, in-office position at our Troy location. You’ll receive hands-on training, work directly with experienced mortgage professionals, and have the opportunity to earn commission immediately.

Compensation and Career Growth:

• Paid training lasting approximately 1–4 weeks
• Opportunity to earn commission immediately

What You’ll Do:

• Speak with homeowners interested in mortgage options
• Like most Mortgage companies, this position is phone based
• Build relationships and identify each client’s financial goals
• Gather information needed to complete loan applications
• Follow up with prospective clients throughout the process
• Work closely with Loan Officers and company leadership
• Learn the mortgage industry while preparing to become licensed

• Organized and consistent with follow-ups
• Previous sales experience is helpful but not required
• Available to begin within seven days
