Title of Position: Assistant Executive Kitchen Manager

Job Description:

The AEKM will be fully or partially responsible for ordering, inventory, scheduling, product and prep management, adjusting pars on prep sheets, reviewing variances and managing food cost, managing shifts from the expo window or line, managing systems, ensuring recipe adherence, assisting in prep and cooking on the line.

Qualifications:

·       The Assistant Executive Kitchen Manager must be proficient in achieving financial results

·       The Assistant Executive Kitchen Manager should have scratch cooking experience, line experience, and prep experience
