Kitchen Designer & Sales Representative

HÖLZ Home Design is looking for a motivated Kitchen Designer & Sales Representative to join our Medley showroom.

We are looking for someone who combines a passion for interior design with a strong sales personality. You will work directly with homeowners, contractors and other clients to help turn their ideas into beautiful, functional kitchens.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist showroom customers
• Create kitchen layouts and designs
• Help clients select cabinetry, colors, finishes and accessories
• Read measurements and floor plans
• Prepare estimates and customer proposals
• Follow up with leads and existing customers
• Guide projects from initial consultation through closing
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners and industry professionals

What We’re Looking For

• Kitchen, cabinetry or interior design experience preferred
• Experience with 2020 Design or similar kitchen design software strongly preferred
• Comfortable reading measurements and floor plans
• Strong sales and customer-service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented and comfortable with computers
• Motivated to follow up with leads and close sales
• Bilingual English & Spanish preferred
• Interested in a long-term career and growing with our company
