Warehouse Clerk

The Warehouse Clerk plays a vital role in managing and coordinating the flow of industrial materials within a our warehouse that supports our customers and mechanics. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing orders, and ensuring timely shipping and receipt of goods, utilizing designated warehouse management software. Efficient data entry and inventory management are key to supporting smooth warehouse operations without the need for overtime or weekend shifts. This position is designed for the college student and will work with their schedule.

This is a part time position. Our normal hours of operation are 7am to 5pm Monday thru Friday.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and track stock levels accurately
• Process orders efficiently and coordinate shipping activities
• Receive incoming goods and verify delivery documentation
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
• Use warehouse management software to monitor and update inventory status
• Ensure compliance with warehouse protocols and safety standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in warehouse operations
