Location: Harrisburg, PA 17101 (Hybrid)
Pay: $32/hr.
Schedule: Hybrid: in-office Mondays & Tuesdays, telework other days

Travel: Intermittent travel required (approx. 3-5 times per year) within counties supported by the Central Regional Office

Overview

We’re hiring a Human Services Program Oversight Lead to coordinate and support oversight activities for the Central Regional Office. This role focuses on scheduling and managing oversight processes, reporting, training/technical assistance, and ensuring consistency across regional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate oversight activities for assigned region(s)
• Ensure oversight steps are completed consistently across regional staff
• Pull and distribute monthly oversight reports by administrative entity (AE)
• Provide training and technical assistance to AE and Regional Oversight staff
• Review reports, action plans, policies, and procedures tied to oversight activities
• Track documentation flow and maintain oversight-related tracking systems
• Analyze, trend, and report data resulting from oversight monitoring
• Attend regional meetings as needed and share updates with leadership/stakeholders
• Retrieve reports from the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field OR 10 years of related experience
• 5+ years professional experience in human services program oversight
• Knowledge of MH/ID-A program and administrative entity policies
• Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to varied audiences
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (email, Word processing, databases)

Preferred Experience

• Experience leading or coordinating teams across multiple locations (geographically dispersed teams)
• Training / facilitation experience using adult learning strategies
• Reporting/metrics tracking experience
