LTC Pay - 50$HR

Prudential Healthcare Staffing LLP is seeking dependable and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our per diem nursing team throughout the Minneapolis area.

This position is ideal for nurses looking for flexibility, additional income, and the ability to choose shifts that fit their schedule. Opportunities may be available in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to patients and residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Complete nursing assessments and document changes in condition
• Monitor vital signs and patient progress
• Communicate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Follow facility policies, infection-control procedures, and nursing standards
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Provide leadership and support to CNAs and other nursing staff when appropriate

Requirements

• Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Previous nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different healthcare environments
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation
• Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
• At least one year of experience in nursing home or assisted living background.
