Registered Nurse

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team, providing exceptional care to elderly and disabled individuals. Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to elderly and disabled clients
• Assist clients with daily living activities and personal hygiene
• Monitor and document patients' health status and communicate updates to healthcare teams and families
• Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to devise optimal care plans
• Support light household duties and help maintain a comfortable living environment
• Coordinate and accompany clients on errands as needed
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous experience in personal care or related healthcare fields
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to establish rapport with diverse clients
