Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of IT support, help desk, or technical support experience
• Customer support experience via phone and chat
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Technical aptitude for IT systems and applications
• Proficient in computer skills, including typing and navigating Windows-based systems
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Shift flexibility, including late shifts and Sundays

Preferences:

• Experience in a high-tech and fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support via phone and live chat
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Document support interactions accurately in the ticketing system
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software problems
• Collaborate with team members and adhere to company policies
• Contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency
