Job Description
We are seeking a personable, organized, and motivated individual to join our law firm as a Legal Receptionist & Intake Specialist.
This is an important client-facing position and an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing exceptional service, and is interested in developing a career in the legal field.
As the first point of contact for many of our clients and prospective clients, this person plays an important role in creating a welcoming, professional experience and helping our attorneys understand the needs of people who contact our firm.
Prior law firm experience is welcome but not required. We are willing to train the right person and are particularly interested in someone who is eager to learn, take on additional responsibilities as their skills develop, and grow professionally within the firm.
