Work Arrangement: Local travel (Monday to Thursday), Friday- remote
What the Job Is
You will represent *** Neighborhoods program
Your main job is to:
- Visit local businesses and talk to owners and staff.
- Help businesses join and launch the Neighborhoods program.
- Train owners, managers, and employees.
- Support businesses during their launch.
- Build strong relationships with merchants.
- Organize workshops, events, and training sessions.
- Solve problems and answer merchant questions.
- Collect feedback from businesses and share it with *** teams.
- Help merchants stay active and successful after launch.
- Create simple processes and training materials that can be used in other cities.
Ideal Candidate You should:
- Be comfortable meeting strangers and building relationships quickly.
- Enjoy working face-to-face with businesses.
- Be confident talking to restaurant owners and managers.
- Have experience training or educating customers.
- Be organized and reliable.
- Be comfortable working independently.
- Enjoy a fast-paced startup environment.
- Be willing to travel locally, generally within about 100 miles of your assigned city.
- Enjoy helping small/local businesses succeed.
