Our client is seeking a Banking Customer Service Representative to support transaction processing, customer inquiries, and daily operational activities. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys problem-solving, working with customers, and making an impact in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:

• Process and review financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist customers with account and transaction-related inquiries
• Track and follow up on customer requests
• Research and resolve issues while delivering exceptional customer service
• Complete reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Work across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, banking, financial services, payment processing, or transaction support
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Dependable, adaptable, and eager to learn

Preferred Qualifications:

• Banking or financial services experience
• Payment processing or account support experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
