Material Handler

Job Summary

Perform material handling and warehouse duties to support the efficient flow of donated goods and retail materials.

Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse operations, including sorting, outlet rotation, and material handling.
• Receive, unload, sort, and organize donated goods.
• Assist donors and provide professional customer service.
• Determine acceptable donations according to established guidelines and tactfully reject unusable items.
• Sort donations into designated containers and remove trash.
• Complete truck manifests, equipment inspection forms, donor logs, receipts, and other required paperwork.
• Use SAP scanning systems to accurately track materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and equipment requirements.
• Communicate work progress, concerns, and issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and sort materials.
• Basic computer or scanning system skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete paperwork accurately.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30AM-3PM
• Pay Rate: $18.50-19/hr
