Staff Management | SMX is hiring Production Associates!

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our teams in Millsboro and Selbyville as production associates! This is your chance to engage in a fulfilling, full-time role with the opportunity for overtime. Whether you're new to the field or an industry veteran, our comprehensive training will help you succeed. Walk-ins are welcome during our business hours, Mon-Fri from 10 am to 3 pm.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform duties as assigned, prioritizing safety and quality
• Take pride in your work product and your daily productivity.
• Measure your individual contributions, yet enjoy a team of individuals performing a similar function

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to problem-solve.
• Experience in the food or manufacturing industry is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and display good attendance.

• Stand for Shift Duration
• Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $15.50 - $19.75 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
