Delivery Driver / Material Handler

Location: Franklin, TN (1 position will require individual to drive to other states)

Job Summary

This position involves delivering materials to customer locations and job sites, assisting with loading and unloading products, and operating equipment as needed. While many delivery positions are local, one job position will require traveling to neighboring states, including Arkansas, to transport materials and crew members to project locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles for the delivery of materials and supplies
• Load, transport, and unload products at customer and job site locations
• Operate equipment, including skid steers and other material-handling equipment, as needed
• Assist with transporting crew members and supplies to project sites
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintain delivery documentation
• Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule
• Follow all company safety procedures and DOT regulations when applicable
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
• Some positions might require installing office furniture as part of delivery service

Qualifications

• Previous professional driving experience preferred
• Experience operating skid steers or similar equipment preferred
• Ability to back up a trailer attached to heavy duty truck preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• DOT Medical Card preferred, or ability to obtain one
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong commitment to safety and reliability

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials throughout the workday
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Comfortable loading and unloading materials at multiple locations
