Customer Service Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide clear, professional customer support
• Communicate with delivery drivers regarding routes, updates, and instructions
• Perform computer‐based tasks including data entry, tracking, and documentation
• Assist with scheduling, shipment updates, and general logistics coordination
• Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures

• Comfortable with computer work and learning new systems
• Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast‐paced environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
