Clinical Data Analyst
Location: Remote
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT/EST
Pay Rate: $24/hr to $26/hr
The Clinical Data Analyst supports SDS Operations by managing clinician outreach and data mining assignments, developing operational reports, and analyzing data to support healthcare quality and regulatory reporting initiatives. This role focuses on data accuracy, productivity, quality monitoring, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Create and manage weekly clinician outreach and data mining assignments.
- Develop recurring reports and dashboards for productivity, quality, outreach, and gap closure metrics.
- Analyze data to identify discrepancies, trends, reporting issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Use Alteryx and Excel to prepare, validate, automate, and report on operational data.
- Perform quality assurance and data validation activities.
- Create and maintain SOPs, workflow diagrams, business rules, and process documentation.
- Partner with analysts, supervisors, managers, and leadership on reporting and process improvements.
- Prepare leadership-ready reports and provide actionable insights.
- 1+ year of HEDIS® experience or similar healthcare regulatory reporting experience.
- 2+ years of Business or Clinical Analytics experience.
- 2+ years of process improvement experience.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Alteryx preferred/required.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
