Automotive Salesperson

This job listing is for Automotive Salesperson/Keyholder at the Fort Drum Drives location of the CNY Drives group of dealerships. Experience is preferred but we will train the right cantidate if he or she comes along. This is a high income opportunity for a tenacious individual who is motivated by money and the desire to improve his or her quality of life. We sell primarily 5-10 year old used cars and we have a mix of prime, cash, full spectrum and sub prime client base. Our reviews on Google are 4.8/5.0 and we aim to increase that rating by providing an excellent customer experience. Our pay plan is the strongest in the industry locally. New salespeople make a minimum of 80k/year when they start and those who have been with us several years are making 120-160k easily. Experienced closers who are strong will be making 2k/week by their second week, guaranteed. Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals on used vehicles
• Assist customers with financing options and paperwork
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records
• Prepare and process sales documentation efficiently
• Conduct follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction
• Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and customer interactions
• Collaborate with a small sales team to achieve targets

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in automotive sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
