Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical

Position Summary
A respected regional healthcare organization is seeking compassionate Medical/Surgical Registered Nurses to join its inpatient nursing team. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult and pediatric medical/surgical patients
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
- Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to clinical changes
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families throughout hospitalization
- Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and ancillary staff
- Maintain accurate electronic health documentation
- Promote patient safety and quality outcomes
Qualifications
Required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred)
- Active Montana RN license (or eligibility)
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or obtain within six months)
- Strong foundational nursing and IV therapy skills
Preferred
- Medical/Surgical or Pediatric nursing experience
- New graduates and nurses transitioning specialties are encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $90,000–$105,000 annually
- $20,000 Retention Bonus (external candidates)
