Site Estimator - Civil Estimator

The Sitework Estimator will be responsible for preparing estimates, conducting financial analysis, and sourcing materials and subcontractors. This position will also perform engineering design tasks to support the preparation of plans, designs, calculations, and reports. The Estimator will analyze and interpret data, following detailed processes and procedures to develop cost-effective, efficient, and practical site plans. The ideal candidate will have a general engineering background with a strong understanding of analytical, design, and process procedures.

Previous experience with a Site Development Contractor in the field is highly preferred! 5 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's (or higher) in Civil Engineering or Building Science. Proficient in AutoCAD, Agtek, Bluebeam, OST, and Excel.

Normal Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday. Criminal/Drug screening.
