Line Handler

**IMMEDIATE HIRE**

The Line Handler is responsible for safely and efficiently assisting with vessel docking, undocking, and mooring operations. This position requires strict adherence to safety regulations, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), effective communication, teamwork, and dependable attendance. Line Handlers must remain alert, professional, and prepared to perform physically demanding work in changing marine and weather conditions while maintaining KRTs commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Applicants are able to receive 20+ hours per week.

Job Requirements:

• TWIC card is required for this position.
• Reliable Transportation
• Must be willing to work flexible hours (Hours may vary based on vessel's arrival/ departure times).
• Ability to follow safety rules, procedures, and supervisory direction.
• Ability to recognize hazards associated with marine mooring operations.
• Ability to communicate clearly using radios and other assigned communication methods.
• Ability to work effectively with a team in demanding conditions.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work scheduled assignments.
• Ability to safely handle heavy lines, cables, and related equipment.
• Ability to remain alert and focused during high-risk operations
