Caregivers

We are urgently seeking at least 5 dedicated caregivers to join the next orientation class. Candidates may have a range of caregiving experience, from professional and personal to those new to the field who are eager to learn. This role involves providing compassionate care to clients across various schedules, including 24/7 care cases, with flexibility and a willingness to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance to clients in their homes
• Travel between client locations as needed
• Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and families
• Maintain client safety and comfort at all times
• Attend orientation and training sessions to build caregiving skills
• Manage time efficiently across flexible schedules and shifts
• Adhere to health and safety requirements, including TB tests

Required Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Current negative TB test (within the last year) or willingness to obtain one
• Willingness to travel to client homes
• Relevant certifications such as HCA, CNA, PCA, HHA, or Medical Assistant, or willingness to obtain them

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level caregiving experience
• CPR certification (preferred but not required)
• Strong transportation skills and availability across varied shifts
• Interest and enthusiasm for caregiving if new to the field
