Position Summary

We are seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join our awesome team and busy schedule! The ideal therapist is professional, dependable, and passionate about providing therapeutic bodywork that enhances patient outcomes and supports the health of the Noblesville community. This role collaborates closely with our chiropractic team to deliver integrated, whole-person care. Current massage clientele is 70 massages per month (60 min. average), with at least a three day a week work load.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality therapeutic massage, including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, sports massage, prenatal massage, and relaxation techniques.
• Collaborate with chiropractor to support individualized care plans that improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote long-term wellness.
• Educate patients on stretches, mobility work, and self-care strategies they can use at home.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment space.
• Manage your schedule and appointment flow to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
• Uphold all requirements for Indiana massage therapy licensing and professional ethics.
• Contribute to the clinic’s positive team culture and commitment to serving all clients well.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana Massage Therapy License with ideally 3-5+ years experience.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and therapeutic modalities.
• Professional, reliable, and committed to excellent patient care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
