Dental Hygienist

Looking for someone to join our dental family!! We are a private, patient centered, General Dental practice.

Only 4 days a week or part-time hours!!! Off on Fridays!

Duties:

• Provide dental health care information to patients about their gingiva and diet.
• Remove tartar, stains, and plaque from teeth by scaling and polishing.
• Perform periodontal probings and help determine patient’s periodontal status and treatment they will need.
• Maintain patient’s dental records and updating their medical records.
• Apply sealants and fluoride to help protect teeth.
• Take and read dental radiographs.
• Assess patient’s oral health and report findings to dentist.
• Clean and set-up operatory and instruments to maintain a sterile environment.
• Present and review treatment plans with patients.

Skills:

• Registered Dental Hygienist with Active License.
• Proficient in using dental software (Dentrix and Dexis)
• Personable with patients to ensure their comfort.

Salary: $45-50/ hr or negotiable

Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8am-5pm; Also offering part-time
