About the Role
We are looking for a Vehicle Data Operations Specialist to join a team supporting the development and testing of advanced vehicle technology.
In this role, you will operate an engineering vehicle for extended periods while collecting audio, camera, and other vehicle data used for testing and development. You’ll follow detailed procedures, monitor equipment, document your observations, and help ensure high-quality data is collected.

What You’ll Do
- Drive an engineering vehicle for approximately 5–8 hours per day during assigned data-collection activities.
- Operate recording equipment and start/stop data collection systems.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment and software when needed.
- Review collected data and report quality issues or irregularities.
- Complete detailed daily drive reports.
- Provide feedback to improve data-collection processes.
- Complete safety and vehicle checks before each shift.
- Follow all safety and operational procedures.
- Travel to other domestic or international locations when business needs require.
Requirements — Please Read Carefully
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Minimum 3 years of driving history required.
- Strong and safe driving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable working with computers and technology.
- Advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical or software issues.
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed procedures.
- Must be flexible to work day, evening, overnight, and weekend schedules.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Preferred Experience
Experience or familiarity with any of the following is a plus:
- Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
- Autonomous Driving Systems (ADS)
- Vehicle testing
- Data collection
- Technical operations
- Automotive or technology environments

Shift Premiums
- PM and Graveyard shifts: 10% additional hourly pay for Tuesday–Saturday and Sunday–Thursday schedules.
- Friday–Monday schedules: 15% additional hourly pay.
- Start and end times may have some flexibility based on operational requirements.
- Overtime may be available based on business needs but is not guaranteed.
