Delivery Specialist

Greemann's Furniture & Mattress Gallery is seeking a kind and motivated Delivery Specialist to assist with in-home furniture deliveries and assembly. This role involves working within a two-person team to deliver furniture to residential homes using company vans, with all lifting done collaboratively to ensure safety. The position offers a consistent schedule from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with limited weekend hours as needed. Additional responsibilities include receiving inventory and providing support within our on-site warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver furniture to residential homes using company vans
• Assemble furniture on-site
• Receive and inventory incoming furniture shipments
• Perform team lifting to safely handle heavy items
• Interact courteously with customers during deliveries
• Provide support in warehouse operations as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in delivery and logistics
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Knowledge of safe lifting techniques
• Strong customer service skills
• Effective time management abilities
• Familiarity with basic hand tools
• Attention to detail
