Location: Valley City, OH
Pay: $15/hour + $125 weekly bonus for working 35+ hours
Schedule: Full-time & Part-time
Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
  Seasonal: August–November

About the Role

We are hiring Quality Assurance Inspectors to test and evaluate outdoor power equipment, including mowers, tillers, and other products. This is a hands-on position for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with equipment, following procedures, identifying issues, and documenting results.

What You’ll Do

• Perform quality inspections and product testing on outdoor power equipment.
• Operate equipment during testing and evaluation.
• Identify and report quality or performance issues.
• Record test results and equipment information accurately.
• Follow safety procedures and established testing guidelines.
• Work outdoors on a 200-acre testing site in varying weather conditions.

What We’re Looking For

• Manufacturing, quality, inspection, testing, mechanical, or equipment experience is a plus.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors and around equipment.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety.
• Training is provided, so candidates with transferable experience are encouraged to apply.
