Telelmarketer

The Telemarketer will focus on promoting insurance products by generating leads and setting appointments. Working within a small team of 2-5, this role requires flexibility in adapting scripts to effectively engage prospects and gather key information for lead qualification. Strong communication and persuasive skills will be essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through outbound calls targeting potential insurance clients
• Set appointments for the sales team to follow up on qualified leads
• Gather relevant information to assess prospects' insurance needs
• Qualify leads based on interest and eligibility criteria
• Adapt scripts flexibly to improve engagement and results

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in telemarketing
• High school, College Student or equivalent
• Cold calling expertise
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Active listening ability
