Cafeteria Food Servers - Now Hiring

Our client, the hospitality industry, is seeking a Food Server to join their team. As a Food Server, you will be part of the service department supporting restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Food Server

Location: Wrightstown, NJ

Pay Range: $20.68

Shift: AM 5:45am-1pm or PM 11:45am-6:45pm, scheduled any days Monday to Sunday

What's the Job?

• Serving food to patrons efficiently and courteously
• Performing food temperature checks to ensure safety and quality
• Cleaning and sanitizing food contact and non-food contact surfaces
• Replenishing the serving line to maintain smooth service flow
• Providing excellent customer service at all times to enhance guest experience

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
• Willingness to follow safety and sanitation protocols
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
