Speech-Language Pathologist
We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive therapy services for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. The role involves patient evaluation, treatment planning, and the delivery of therapy to enhance communication and swallowing functions, all while adhering to state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines.
Responsibilities- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients experiencing speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Document services provided in compliance with relevant regulations and facility standards.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and their families to support overall care.
- Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols throughout the provision of care.
- Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
- Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Strong communication skills and clinical problem-solving abilities.
