Description
American Traveler is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist with ARRT registration and training in neuro or CT along with IR to work in a hospital-based IR unit.
Details
- Hospital-based Interventional Radiology department
- 10-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, 40 hours per week
- Every other weekend shift required
- Weekend and on-call coverage required
- Requires scrub and circulator experience
- Must be trained in neuro or CT along with IR
- Requires GE/Siemens equipment knowledge
- Preferred experience with thrombectomy devices for PE/Stroke and angio procedures such as TIPS and angioplasty
Requirements
- Vocational or technical training in Radiologic Technology required
- ARRT registration required
- MA state license required if applicable
- Experience scrubbing and circulating in IR procedures required
Additional Information
- Weekly orientation held every Monday, barring holidays
- Interviews conducted directly with the hiring manager
- RTO requests and interview availability must be provided at time of consideration
- Previous Beth Israel Lahey Health employees (travel, perm, or per diem) must have a 6-month break before returning to any BILH facility
- Candidates must generally reside 50+ miles from the facility, though local candidates may be considered case by case for hard-to-fill roles
- Required vaccinations include COVID-19 (with booster) and flu, with medical exemptions allowed
- Pass/fail Tele/ECG and Medication testing may be required at certain campus locations
