Production Technician

Our client, an innovative manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to the assembly and handling of complex electro-mechanical equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Title: Production Technician

Location: Westborough, MA

Pay Range: $18.41

Shift: 1st  6:00am to 3:45pm  and 2nd shift  3:00pm to11:30pm M-F

What's the Job?

• Support the production of complex electro-mechanical equipment through hands-on assembly of robotic components.
• Assist with warehouse material handling, including moving, staging, and delivering materials to workstations.
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory accuracy through proper documentation, scanning, and organization of production parts.
• Perform quality inspections, follow work instructions, and document actions accurately in production systems.

What's Needed?

• Ability to stand for 7+ hours per shift and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.
• Proficiency in using handheld scanners and basic computer skills for data entry.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness in a manufacturing environment.
