About the Role:
EXPRESS IT OF TOMS RIVER LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team in Toms River, NJ. This position is for a minimum of 2 days a week with the potential for a more permanent role if desired as caseload builds.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, educators, and caregivers
- Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding therapy goals and techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current NJ state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
- Experience with pediatric patient populations is a plus
- Strong diagnostic, clinical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and staff
- Ability to manage caseload efficiently while maintaining high-quality care standards
- Some continuing education in orofacial myofunctional disorders and swallowing
