Industrial Maintenance Technicians -All Shifts!!

Bradley Professional is hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians for multiple opportunities throughout the Triad area!

We are currently recruiting Maintenance Technicians at multiple skill levels for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and rotating shifts. If you have hands-on industrial maintenance experience and are ready to explore a new opportunity, we want to talk with you.

What We're Looking For

Qualified candidates may have experience with:

• Industrial/manufacturing equipment maintenance
• Preventive and predictive maintenance
• Mechanical troubleshooting and repair
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Motors, drives, conveyors, pumps, bearings, and gearboxes
• Hydraulics and pneumatics
• PLC troubleshooting
• VFDs and motor controls
• Reading electrical and mechanical schematics
• Troubleshooting production equipment and minimizing downtime
• CMMS systems and maintenance documentation

Qualifications

• Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team
• Commitment to workplace safety
• Willingness to work the shift required for the position

Multiple Opportunities Available

All shifts are available, including:

1st Shift | 2nd Shift | 3rd Shift | 12-Hour Rotating Shifts

Opportunities range from entry-level industrial maintenance positions to experienced multi-craft/electrical maintenance roles.

Compensation varies based on experience, technical skill level, shift, and position.
