Certified Welder/Fabricator

We are seeking skilled Certified Welder/Fabricators to join our team specializing in structural and architectural steel work across residential and commercial sectors. The role involves both shop and field work, often requiring frequent travel to out-of-town projects. Successful candidates will work within small teams to fabricate and weld structural steel components ensuring quality and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform shop welding and fabrication tasks
• Conduct field welding operations on project sites
• Fabricate structural and architectural steel elements
• Collaborate within small teams for project completion
• Work on both residential and commercial steel projects
• Maintain safety standards and compliance on all jobs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of welding and fabrication experience

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• AWS D1.1 Certification
• Proficiency in AWS D1.1 welding, MIG welding, and stick welding
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong safety compliance awareness
• Physical stamina suited for field and shop environments
• Attention to detail and teamwork skills
