Press Operator $17.00/Hr - $20.00/Hr - PAID WEEKLY!

Masterson Staffing is recruiting Press Operators for a valued client in Delano, MN. This is a temp to hire position on third shift.

Job Duties:

• Operate Injection Molding machine in a safe manner, following all safety guidelines.
• Inspect parts for damages/defects, trim excess material, proper packaging of product into boxes per SOP.
• Palletizing completed boxes of parts.
• Any other job duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in manufacturing preferred but not required, willing to train the right person.
• Being able to stand for entire 8-hour shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Need to be able to read/write and communicate in English.

Hours/Compensation

1st Shift Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 3p.m. $17/Hr

2nd Shift Monday - Friday 3p.m. to 11 p.m. $18/Hr

3rd Shift Sunday-Thursday 11:00pm-7:30am $20.00/hour
