Crucial Link is hiring Metal Stamping Press Operators for a manufacturing company located in Cleveland, OH 44109.

Compensation & BenefitsStarting through Crucial Link:
- $15.00/hour
- 1st shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Once hired directly by the company, employees immediately become eligible for additional benefits and incentives, including:

Responsibilities- Operate metal stamping presses in a manufacturing environment
- Load and unload parts into presses
- Remove completed stamped components
- Inspect parts for obvious defects or quality concerns
- Maintain production rates while following quality standards
- Use basic measuring or inspection tools as required
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all machine guarding, PPE, and workplace safety procedures
- Report equipment or production problems to supervision
- Perform other production duties as assigned
- Previous manufacturing or metal stamping experience is helpful, but candidates with strong mechanical ability and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Ability to perform repetitive production work
- Dependable transportation and reliable attendance
- Comfortable working around industrial machinery
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
