Our multidisciplinary team of psychologists, licensed mental health counselors, and clinical social workers is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care. Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Licensed Psychologist to join our independent practice setting. In this role, you will provide comprehensive psychological services for children, adolescents, and adults. A primary focus of this position is conducting thorough psychological, behavioral, and cognitive assessments—including evaluating patients to determine disability.
Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Assessment: Administer, score, and interpret psychological tests to evaluate mental health conditions, cognitive abilities, and learning profiles (including ADHD and intellectual achievement).
- Disability Determination: Conduct specialized, detailed evaluations to accurately determine disability and functional limitations.
- Clinical Diagnosis: Accurately diagnose mental health, emotional, and behavioral disorders across a diverse patient demographic using the DSM-5.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed, compliant, and timely documentation of patient interactions, assessment results, treatment plans, and clinical findings within our EMR system.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Doctorate in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an APA-accredited program.
- Licensure: Active, unencumbered license to practice Psychology in the State of Florida or PsyPact.
- Expertise: Extensive training and proven clinical expertise in psychological assessment, psychometrics, and clinical diagnostics.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in drafting comprehensive, legally sound psychological evaluation reports.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in private practice or an independent clinical setting.
- Specialized experience conducting disability evaluations, intellectual testing, and ADHD assessments.
- Familiarity with a wide variety of psychological testing instruments (e.g., WAIS, WISC, WMS, etc.).

We are a 25-year-old company. Who performs psychological testing to multiple referral sources. We primarily use the Wais, Wisc, Wms, Wj,. Our work can be completed face to face and telehealth. We have full and part-time work available.
