Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to read and follow production instructions and safety procedures
- Basic math and communication skills required
Experience Requirements
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred
- Experience working in food manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus
- Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials throughout the shift
- Experience working in fast-paced production environments preferred

- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to safety and quality standards
- Ability to maintain productivity while performing repetitive tasks
- Willingness to work mandatory overtime as needed to support production demands
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, and move heavy bags of ingredients
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of continuous material handling and production support
Job Duties
- Load spice ingredients and raw materials into industrial mixers according to production specifications
- Safely lift, transport, and position bags of ingredients for processing
- Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures
- Monitor material flow to support efficient production operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist with material handling, production support, and general labor duties as assigned
- Work effectively with team members to achieve daily production goals
- Support quality, food safety, and workplace safety initiatives
- Perform additional production and warehouse tasks as needed
