Job Duties

• Answer the phones and respond to emails - first point of contact.
• Enter inventory into systems/reconciliation in volume.
• Enter parts information into the system.
• Back order processing of work orders and accessories.
• Perform data entry steps to process all production transactions.
• Research issues related to production entry transactions.
• Accurately file all production work orders, logs, and related documents.
• Process shipment confirmations upon fulfillment of orders leaving the facility.
• Additional support duties as requested by manager.

Requirements

• 2 years of prior data entry experience
