We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Assistant for an exciting opportunity in Napa and Vacaville, California.
Position Details
Job Title: Medical Assistant
Locations: Napa, CA and Vacaville, CA
Facilities: NorthBay Health – VacaValley Health Plaza and Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center
Shift: Day Shift | 5x8-Hour Schedule
Pay Rate: $22/hour on W2
Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare providers with patient care and clinical procedures.
- Prepare patients for examinations and treatments.
- Obtain and record vital signs and patient information.
- Assist with maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
- Support physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow all facility policies, safety standards, and patient-care procedures.
Requirements
- Active Medical Assistant Certification required.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
- Relevant Medical Assistant experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and patient-care skills.
