The organization is expanding operations and seeking someone who can help establish, improve, and maintain quality systems while supporting health, safety, and environmental initiatives across fabrication and assembly operations.

  • Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain inspection records, calibration programs, and quality documentation.
  • Coordinate internal and external quality audits and compliance reporting.
  • Focus on defect prevention, first-time quality, rework reduction, and customer satisfaction.

  • Help foster a proactive culture centered on safety, accountability, and compliance.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor and analyze QHSE performance metrics.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Project Management to improve performance and drive operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Quality, Safety, Environmental, Manufacturing Operations, or a related industrial environment.
  • Strong experience with quality management, quality plans, and manufacturing quality standards.
  • Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, modular construction, MEP, industrial equipment, or similar industries.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
  • Experience managing:
    • Quality inspections
    • NCRs and CAPAs
    • Root cause analysis
    • Corrective and preventive actions
    • Quality audits and compliance documentation
  • Understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety best practices.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Occupational Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training.
  • Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience.
  • ASQ CQIA, CQT, or related quality certifications.
  • Knowledge of modular construction, MEP systems, fabrication, or industrial manufacturing environments.
What Makes This Opportunity Unique?
This organization is looking for someone who can do more than simply follow an established quality system. They want a professional who can help build and strengthen quality processes, drive continuous improvement, and prevent quality issues before products reach customers.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a growing, entrepreneurial environment where procedures continue to evolve and where they can make a measurable impact on quality performance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
