VIP Staffing is immediately hiring a Mechanical Assembly Technician for a leading organization in Albuquerque, NM

This is a Full-Time temp to hire position with a schedule of Monday- Friday 6am- 2:30pm

Pay for this position is $20-$25 DOE

As a Mechanical Assembly Tech, you will:

Mechanical Assembly Tech candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

Highschool Diploma or GED; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety procedure manuals and blueprints.
Basic knowledge of learning and numeral ability
Have good eye-hand coordination
Must be able to perform repetitive work and follow verbal instructions
Must not be afraid of heights
Able to stand, bend, climb and stoop for long periods of time
Must be able to use equipment to help lift miscellaneous steel parts, assemblies that may weight up to several thousand pounds
Must be able to push, pull or drag suction hose on to tanks that weigh anywhere from 10 - 100 lbs.
