Location: San Francisco, CA 94110
Schedule: Day or Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts
Pay: $30/hour on W2
Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a MedSurg opportunity in San Francisco, CA.
The ideal candidate must have recent CNA experience in a hospital setting, specifically working in a Medical-Surgical (MedSurg) department. Candidates with experience only in long-term care, skilled nursing, or home health may not meet the requirements for this position.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the nursing team.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
- Take and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition.
- Assist with patient transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
- Support RNs and the healthcare team in a fast-paced MedSurg environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow hospital policies and patient safety standards.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification required.
- Recent MedSurg experience as a CNA is required.
- Previous hospital experience in a MedSurg department is required.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
