We are looking for a Family Law Attorney to support clients through complex domestic matters with sound judgment, empathy, and strong advocacy. This permanent hybrid position is based in Dallas, Texas, and offers the opportunity to handle meaningful casework in a growing practice focused on practical legal solutions. The attorney in this role will work directly with individuals facing divorce, custody, and related disputes while helping them move forward with clarity and confidence.

Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support disputes, and related proceedings.
• Prepare, review, and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with accuracy and attention to deadlines.
• Conduct client meetings to assess legal needs, explain case strategy, and provide clear guidance throughout each stage of the matter.
• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and other proceedings, presenting arguments effectively on behalf of clients.
• Manage discovery activities such as drafting requests, reviewing responses, and gathering evidence to support case development.
• Take and defend depositions as needed and use testimony to strengthen litigation strategy and case preparation.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and parties to resolve disputes efficiently when appropriate.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff while independently managing an active caseload in a hybrid work environment.• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the Texas Bar in good standing, or eligibility to transfer admission.
• At least 2 years of experience practicing law, with a strong background in family law matters.
• Demonstrated ability to draft motions, briefs, discovery materials, and other legal filings.
• Experience handling court appearances, motion practice, and depositions in civil or family court.
• Strong client counseling skills with the ability to communicate sensitively and professionally during difficult personal matters.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized across multiple cases, and contribute effectively within a team setting.
