• Review payroll data, verify supporting records, and conduct audits to maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Update employee payroll information, including status changes, deductions, garnishments, direct deposit details, and benefit-related adjustments.
• Address employee questions related to pay, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Provide administrative support for HR activities such as onboarding documentation, personnel file maintenance, and employee record updates.
• Safeguard confidential employee information while helping maintain organized and compliant payroll and HR documentation.
• Compile payroll and human resources reports to support operational needs, audits, and management requests.
• Collaborate with plant leadership and employees to deliver responsive service across payroll and HR functions.• Proven experience handling full-cycle payroll in an environment supporting hourly and salaried employees.
• Prior exposure to human resources administration, including employee documentation and onboarding support, is strongly preferred.

• Ability to organize multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and manage sensitive information with discretion.
• Effective communication and customer service skills for supporting employees and site leadership.
